Basic Components of Climbing

As any other sport, Rock Climbing requires a level of good physical and mental. One thing that might keep in mind is that from one side of the rock climbing sport is seen as one that is mental, because to complete a route / problem you should create a problem-solving strategies with a combination of good technique. On the other hand, because of the climbers are hanging position and direction of movement / body position opposite the gravitational power they need a baseball flaccid muscles, which is more physical.
There are 5 Basic Components of Climbing. These basic components can be categorized into two aspects:
1. Physical Component
2. Non-Physical Components

The physical components are:
1.  Strength       Climbers do not only climb with their hands but also use their legs, using body and the most important, they also use their brain. The strength of this comprehensive coverage including hand and foot power (limp strength) and strength (core strength) of the abdomen, chest, back and waist. This strength is needed when you started to move to an advanced level that usually begins with difficulty climbing route with 5:11 and upwards.

2.  Endurance
Durability means that your ability to climb a long route without too many stops / breaksObviously this is a very dominate the multi-pitch climbers. For this training is rarely done on a route with a high level of difficulty because if so then it will tend to the strength training and not endurance. Simply start with the easy route and continue to proceed to the routes that are not too difficult for about 15 minutes until 45 minutes (beginnerwithout interspersed with breaks.

3.  Flexibility
Although women are generally not as strong as men, usually they are more prominent inthis field. Flexibility can really determine whether the climber can complete a particularroute or not, because it should not be trivialized. Always warm up and then bend the body (stretching) before you climb. The combination of flexibility and strength will makethe flow motion (fluidity), the climber looks beautiful, easy (though really difficult) andimpressive.

While the non-physical components are:

4.  Mental and Attitudes
These two things should always be positive. Your mental state will be transformed into attitudes that affect the success or failure of a climbing. The reasons as I think can notI'm already tired, not my type route, the route for climbers that body height / short etc. are examples of lack of mental preparation. Confront all routes / problems by saying "I will try my best!" If you fell / fail try again and again, this is where the process of learning to climb the cliff to perfection until you finally managed to complete the route they will be without falling.

5.  Technics
The technique is general scope, can include a combination of physical components above. But if we talk about technique usually indirectly related to the muscle. therefore, categorize these components into non-physical. The technique is derived from the learning process that is not for a while. So, to learn techniques quickly and either learn directly from the pros who are experienced climbers. They usually can directly show the weakness and lack of your climbing. Sometimes, to learn this technique you must perform the same movements continuously until you know the correct body to execute the motion (usually called engram : the memory of the body in movement / particular position).Technics broad coverage including balance and weight transfer, positioning, breathingdynamic motion and static etc.
